Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return anything unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number first and we will tell you where to send it.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method once the item arrives back with us. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including postage.
